Chinese Treasures

To mark the 100th anniversary of Canada’s entry into the First World War in 1914, the New Brunswick Youth Orchestra embarked on a journey of remembrance through music and reflection.

International concert pianist Roger Lord has been described by The China Daily as “the Piano Prince of Canada.” This recording features twenty-one “treasures,” short pieces that Lord has uncovered throughout his many travels in China.
